Money drawn from bank. No delivered merchandise

I tried the free test of Caracol and simply taken care of the delivery. Today I see where they've removed a cost from my lender for $59.95 on December 17. I've not gotten the merchandise. I did so get the free test also it does nothing for me personally. I've no method to contact the organization. If you're able to assist me, I'd relish it. Thanks, Doris Anderson
