Express Gold Card/Cubis Financial
This company took $9.95 out of my account without my permission or my knowledge

I have no clue who or what this company is. I didnt sign up for an express gold card or anything else. However, my checking account was debited $9.95. Not only do I want my money back but I want to know how they accessed my account and was able to take it out without my written consent.
