Nsf on checking account

I am very disappointed with this company. I am unaware of who these people are and my checking account is currently overdrawn. I do not have time for this and no extra money to be taking out of my account. I want a refund and all monies placed back into my account immediately!!! I spoke to a sarah at 866-886-1277 and no lie i was on hold 30 minutes and 4 seconds while there was smeone in the background working and did not let me know anything. I will be seeking legal action!!!
