Unauthorized charge to my account

I've attempted for 2 times to obtain your hands on Intelius and that I delay 20 units then obtain a chaotic signal. I've questioned at cost of $19.95 that I did so NOT approve. I've questioned the costs with my charge card business. I get fed up with these cons whenever you purchase anything they automated use your card with0ut agreement
