Phillip Anderson they sent me a check told me to deposit into my account and stole my money New Mexico

I need to know if anyone else has done this and what they did, Did anyone get a lawyer and try to fight the bank? I am going to fight the bank because they posted the check in to my account and did not check and make sure it was lagitt.
