Was offered a job using craigslist (i know thats already askign for trouble). Well i was sent a cashiers check for 2,500 to go chash or deposit into my bank. Well thankfully my bank verifies large amounts like that before they cash anything or deposit any kind of funds. Well they called the bank that the check came froma nd there is no such account. Thankfully they looked this up before depostiting the check otherwise I would have been responsible when the check comes back. I am now trying to collect as much info as i can so i can report this to the proper authorities. Who ever this guy is woman who knows. I looked up the address the check comes from and it is a residence. No business whatso ever at that address
