Alfreda who is a relative is no means an good person. When I needed someone to help me refinance my real property I though that she could be trusted. I was wrong!
Alfreda is attempting to steal my families hard earned savings of $80,000. That we withdrew from our retirement account. We asked her to refinance our real property on or behalf in her name. She agreed. Alfreda acted very supportive and caring until the pen signed her name on the Deed of Trust. Oh, she also stated that she had good credit. She didn't!
To make a story short, she is working with 2 other sisters to conspire and to commit fraud claiming that she is the owner of our real property. We entered into a written contract which states that she signed all interest back on the day of closing and that we are the sole owners of the real property. We make all mortgage payments and are the sole owners and live at the property. Alfreda is a nightmare; she has stalked us, lied on us, contacted the police more than 10 times alleging false allegations in order to get us kicked out of our home. She also filed litigation against us stating that we are her renters even though she has signed a contract with us stating that we are the owners. She has lied to members of the family stating that we gave our hard earn savings to her as a gift to purchase our home to make her the owner. She has damaged our vehicle, furniture, property and have forged names in order to get our mail transferred to her post office box address. The mail carrier from our neighborhood post office held our mail for Alfreda and are either protecting her or the carrier. I am begging them to do something about this person. She harrasses us daily!
Don't Trust NICE relatives who aren't NICE, but thieves. Don't Trust anyone with the first name of Alfreda, (aka) Freda. Oh, she is also a nurse.
