Rip off bank preys on disabled woman

I spoke to a danny watson and he claims my mentally disabled sister took out an online loan for $400.00 and never paid it back now they say she owes $1500.00 and if she don't pay it back these foreign people claim they can put my mentally disabled sister in jail for something she didn't do. How can these people do this???
