I recieved this information in the mail from Low Pay Card %0 finance and $8500 cash limit I was behind a few bill and some extra cash would help out.
So I called them and the more we spoke the worse it sounded so I told them I did not want to activate the card and figured that was that.
Little did I realize that they had my banking information and charged me the activation fee anyway and said if I didnt want the card just to fill out the paper I would get in the mail along with a packet saying i wanted my activation fee refunded and they would refund mt activation fee.
I recieved tha packet yesterday 9/5/08 and the return policy said it had to be returned within 30 days according to the paperwork the account was activated on 8/4/08 so I didnt even recieve it within 30 days obvisouly all part of the scam.
All i want is to be refundedd my activation fee which i never agreed to anyway and to get some information out about this 'company' before they ripoff to amny more people.
