I purchased a Boost Mobile phone at the R.M. B Wireless, Inc.
When I asked if the phone came with everything they said that it did come with everything. So the problem is that I paid and extra $35 for activation when i can activate it free with the things that comes with the phone. When i confronted the salesman about this he told me he couldnt do anything about because when i bought the phone it didnt come with the sim card or the activation number, so in other words he was saying that i paid for the sim card and the activation number.
In the back of the box where the phone comes in i read that the phone does include a "Boost Mobile SIM Card" and a "Activation Guide". So when i told him that he said that he will give me the SIM card but he will take away the $10 dollar card that the phone comes with. So when I asked for the money back he said that he couldnt do anything with it.
