United Cash Loan Gave me a loan but no way to pay off. Only that it will be renew weekly but I have to pay $90.00. I want to pay in full on due date, but there is no way to let them know. There is no contact information any where in the contract

I am reporting this services because I believe if I don't I will get rip off. There is no way of contacting them to inform them that I want to pay in full on due date. I it states, if not contacted three days before due date, your loan will be renewed. It states my account will be dedited $50.00. Please help me stop this. I need to know how to contact them.
