I was switched to Intellidebt by American Debt Management with no input from me. Since the change in April, Intellidebt has overpaid three accounts which has extended the monthly charge for their making payments as well as delaying the payments reducing balances on the remaining accounts. They can not claim that they did not know what they were doing because I had notified them by email as well as updating the balances on the online account access. I had also notified them by fax which was electronically confirmed. I wish there was an agency that would really put the screws to them.
