I recieved a phone call from my ex-mother inlaw who stated that miss butler called her 08/25/08 she gave my ex mother inlaw all of my information including my SS number, address, amount of my debt, and who i owed. I have not recieved anything from this company by mail. They have my correct address and my correct cell number.
I returned there call to be yelled at. I explained that who i was and asked how dare they give the info to somebody other then myself. Then she asked what do i want. Ok they called her so i called them what do you mean what do i want. She informed me that if i do not pay infull today 08/25/08 that there would be a sheriff at more door. She also stated that i will have a judgement on my credit.
I explained that i am unemployed and a full time student and my husband in disabled. She continuned to yell then hung up on me. When i called back i asked to speak to a superviser and the man put me back to her. Her words were what do you want there is no body over me. So i asked what company are you working with. She stated that was none of my bussiness. Hmmm you call looking for me and then don't tell me the name of your organization. Well if you ask me these people need to be shut down.
