Scott Tucker used to have a pretty good marketing system when Sub Prime lenders were still living. His system today costs $43,000 over 2 years and simply doesn't work, at least it did not in my market. I spent $4000 on him and another $6000 on the recommended advertising the first 60 days and am now flat broke! I Have been a mortgage broker for a long time and have seriously let my stay-at-home wife and children down by taking this chance.
