Took money from my account after i called and cancelled my account

I thought i was just filling out an application for a pay day loan. Boy was i wrong! I was going over my bank statement which had gone into the negative, and i see this charge for $31.98.

So i call my bank and tell them i did not make this purchase. So they give me the 800 number to call. I give them a call and tell them i want to cancel whatever i supposedly signed up for.

Well about 2 weeks later i see they have charged my account again making it go into the negative. So i call them again and the lady on the phone tells me its their "policy" that if the 1st charge does not go through to charge the account again.

Even though i had already cancelled the same day they took money out the first time, they tried to take it out again. So now they have charged my account twice. And made it so that i had two NSF!!!

Ive tried talking with my bank and they are being no help with this matter whatsoever. Anyone has any suggestions???
