I had gotten an email from Identity Theft Protection, about an account that I have with them. I wrote to them several times asking for the date and time this was done and I never got a response. So about a week later I checked my bank records and saw that this company had taken 31.98 out of my checking account. I called the number on the statement and they never answered the call. I called often and never got a response.
I wrote to them again and still no response. So I went to the web site and saw where it can be cancelled and I cancelled the account and I asked when will my money will be returned to me and still no response. I didn not give them my bank information but some how they got it.
