They sell all their loans to CountryWide and three other lenders. They wont't tell you that you can get a better and cheaper deal from CountryWide Loan. GO DIRECT TO WHO BUYS THEIR PAPER Countrywide
Heads Up! They mark up their loans in two ways (additional fees you pay or finance... They need to make a profit and they mark up the FRONT and BACK
end of your loan... I mean mark up profit. Shop around. You may just get a better deal,
IF YOUR GOING TO WORK FOR THEM, Ask when your first pay check will come.
First week is training and you don't get paid for it. Funny, your classroom is 2 1/2 days ;after your on the phone for day 3, day 4, day 5 and Saturday. Working on the phone without pay, If you stay. Week two your on the clock;however, if in week two and three you don't get enough points (deals) they deduct $500.00 and $100.00 for parking. So, you can work three weeks and get no paycheck.in our class of 30, Half left the first three days. They want you to call each lead six times a day...
Hell, Window and Siding telemarketers only call you once a day. I have been in the business for years and these people can teach and pull the wool over the most seasoned eyes. Also, they don't shread documents. If you loan is not approved it just hangs around. It has your social security and all your bank and credit card data. Its a secured floor but by law you must shread all loan files.
If your despearte enough with high interest rates, credit issues and upside down. Shop Around. I have been in the business longer then the partners are alive. They are 30. But there are better place to help your mortgage needs. If you go to work for them. Ask when your first pay check will come and if you will have $500.00 deducted and $100.00 for parking.
I never worked for a reputable company that did not pay for training and parking. Then I was desperate when I came to work for them// Shame on me. I should know when it stinks its not pleasant.
