Not lender, no purchase finance, non-renewable, excessive fees

Not a lender. Doesn't finance purchases; only online credit thru their LPC catalog. Didn't indicate separate Terms of Use (fees), only internet use terms. Sent two different pre-approved cards; P.O. And home, of course, each having thir own approval number for additional, non-refundable (excessive) fees.
