What the hell is this site for, i need to get in touch with this bill-incom.com company and make a serious complaint and all i can do is write this stupid note so that it goes on show to any other idiot who comes here to complain. This is a con web site and a complete waste of time and space. My advice to anyone who have received charges on their credit card and don't know what it is for, is to cancel the card very quickly, as obviously this site is nothing to do about getting your money back!!!
