Creditors Financ extremely verbally abusive and condescending

I too was treating as if I was less than zero. I am pretty sure each and every person in this world has felt hard times at one time or another but no one should be treated as poorly as this company treats people.

I dealt with a man by the name of John Coleman (pretty sure that is not his real name) but he told me that I ignorant because i would pay my bill to citifinancial. I tried to explain it was not that I did not want to I couldn't. He told me to bad he did not care and I grow up, be a woman and pay my bills.

I refuse to speak with him or his manager who told me that he was right to speak to me that way because i do owe the money, again i am not disputing the fact that i owe the money, but damn a little niceness goes a long way.

I have looked them up in the Better Business Bureau in my area they are rated and F with numerous complaints filed against them. Beware if they call you and be prepared to be belittled beyond your wildest imagination
