This is not my bill

I have received an assortment notice dated 7/31 from afni regarding a Qwest statement from 2003. The target supplied in the anfi broker wasn't actually an address I Have actually been affialiated with. I stay and also have existed and possessed is 6215 NE Multnomah saint portland oregon 97213 since August 2 1997. Please examine and eliminate this from my credit history, thanks
