Wwr garnished our checking account after they never showed up for the court date. We recieved document from them that looked like it had been signed by a judge on there behalf saying notice of judgement lien on real estate. Now this company after taking over$1.600 out of our account is asking for an additional$ 1.600 and has been calling repetedly. After talking with this company. My husband offered monthly payments. But still they wont agree. There asking for pay check stubs. What i don't understand is why the judgement was on there behalf after there the ones that failed to show up in court.
