Stanley Rosow DBA Predatory mortgage broke

This broker is licensed in the following states Connecticut, Georgia, Kansas, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
He has used inflated appraisals in every loan he brokered in WV. He has been sued for fraud 6 times, so far, in WV. If he is doing it there I am sure it does it everywhere.
