Long story short... We moved from MO to TX June. I continued making payments. Because the change of address went thru too late, statements were returned to Fairbanks. Although there was a FOR SALE sign in the yard, they sent a company to "secure the roperty"... Which included entering the home, taking our lawn mower, and, they were in the process of boarding the windows...
In the meantime, we got an offer on the house, so, I thought my hell would be over soon...
I received a pay-off quote which included interest thru 11/27. They received the pay-off on 11/21. Now they are telling me that I am not due the interest from 11/22 thru 11/27. I was giving a fax number that is eternally busy.
All I want is what is coming to me, but, the customer service rep says the only department that can help is not accessible by phone. What can I do?
