Complaint / Review
Accounts Receivables Management
ARM constantly harasses my employer!

This company is disgustingly crazy when it comes to harassment. They constantly call my employer and they harass supervisors, subordinates, and talk to me directly very unprofessional. They have no disregard for the law and they try to take the law in their own hands. I have constantly told them to note the account and to not call and everyday they do.

This is a sample letter that I have sent:

July 22

Accounts Receivable Management
155 Mid Atlantic Parkway
Thorofare, NJ 08086

To whom it may concern:

My name is XXXX and I am a current recipient of your collections establishment.
I am writing a formal letter for your review regarding an employee that needs to be addressed immediately. This employee goes by the name of Danielle Hall (1-877-726-8505 ext. 232). She continues to call my employer and harasses the supervisors and regular subordinates there asking for me and it is going wayyyyyyyyyy too far.

I spoke with Ms. Danielle Hall about 2 weeks ago and she was harassing me over the phone as well, I made payment arrangements with her over the phone and I also stated that she needed to make a note in the system not to call my employer anymore because the phone number she is calling is for emergencies only, and not for business or personal purposes. She stated that she made a note of that as well, and of course she has been calling the job constantly talking to different individuals on different shifts. I am currently out on disability and I am barely trying to make ends meet, and that is why the arrangements were postponed.

I am full aware that I need to pay these fees and I do intend to but NOT because of harassment tactics. I do know the full extent of the law in the State of California and I have contacted my legal counsel regarding this issue and I was made aware that a collections agency cannot contact a recipients employer harassing them. I would like this situation taken care of immediately and I would like a new collections representative to work with my account. If this situation continues, I will contact the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau, as well as seek legal action for harassment and possible termination from my current employer.

Thank You

P.S. If I am terminated because of this harassment, will your company receive any payments? I think not.

Also, I have had to since then send a letter of cease of communication...
