Unauthorized charges

I applied for Free credit report - they have charged my mothers account 2 times with the $14.95 - this account was never used I have called to cancel and todate they have not cnncelled. Trace #99280 -withdrawal -6/11 and 7/11.

Please stop this payment coming out of my account and credit me back with my unauthorized withdrawals.
