I applied for a "free" credit report and they requested my credit card number to complete my request. I rec'd my credit report but it was not "free". My account has been charged $12.95 per month for over a year. I have tried getting the charges removed through my credit card company and they will not refuse the charges. I have tried getting the $12.95 cancelled through CIC Triple without results.
Please help get this never ending $12.95 charge cancelled and all previous charges refunded.
