Gordon lending, a company that cannot be trusted. I gave all ny trust to this company to process my loan. The person i had a transaction with was chris wells. He promised that my house loan will closed on march 27th; however, the title company, my realtor, and the seller's realtor tried to contact him, but he cannot be reached.
They tried leaving him messages and sending emails, but mr. Wells refused to return their phone calls and answer their emails. As the day coming by, march 27th came and i wasn't able to go to the closing because mr. Wells wasn't able to provide the loan commitment on march 21st. As a result of this, the seller put a claim on my deposit which is $5,000. Mr. Wells would not accept any mistakes of this dilemma.
I am so upset, frustrated, and disappointed of what mr chris wells had done to me. He could have told me that my loan will not be approved; on the other hand, he kept my file and put me in very bad situation. Mr. Wells, had the original copy of the contract of the house, and he knows the cut off date when the closing should proceed. Apparently, mr. Wells ignored all the phone calls and emails.
Moreover, in addition to the expenses i already paid for the inspection that cost me $ 250.00 and appraisal amount $ 450.00. Mr. Wells, mislead all of us. With the transaction that mr. Wells showed to us, i lost my money. Please get to know your broker before getting further with the loan and loose all your money.
