A transaction scheduled to occur on Jul 03 happened at Midnight 03Jul08. HOWEVER!!! Everything that occurred and POSTED prior was handled as a "post" transaction.in other-words; THEIR transaction was pushed forward and EVERYTHING else was handled as an insufficient account transaction. The reality was that that 5 of the (7) seven insufficient transactions had already POSTED to the account. They were not just pending. BOFA - RE-POSTED them! And then had the audacity to say "we do not see this as a bank error". I informed them that I would be PRINTING my account daily; and the next time they pulled this game, I would (and will) turn it over to the attorney general. They need controlled!
