This company should be fined and closed down immediate - who wants to get a class action law suit going? Wilmington delaware delaware

*This company has for the past 2 years deliberately witheld payments so they could enforce outrageous late payment fees and service fees

* They also increase the rate without permission

* They have ensured that it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone in the Executive office

* THey refuse to accept anything registered for Richard Vague or any other senior member of the executive office

* They have harassed me at home with phone calls before 8am telling me I owe them money when I do not
