Here is the letter that I sent to head courters...

To whom it may concern:
I have been dealing with Tom Taylor, Loan Officer, in Pottstown Pennsylvania since January 7. I am writing this letter to inform you that I would never recommend your company to anyone because of my experiences with Mr. Taylor. Is this how you treat all your customers? If so I do not know how you stay in business. This has been an ongoing roller coaster ride with Mr. Taylor and the WORST experience of my life!!! How can you even say the things you do on your website when none of that was accurate.
I was scheduled to have settlement on Friday, June 27. That did not happen and I was only informed of it by my realtor at 10:30 am on Thursday, June 26. I spoke with Mr. Taylor on Tuesday, June 24 who at that time told me everything was set to go. He was waiting on FHA to re-inspect the property to make sure that all the painting that was required by FHA was done. I told Mr. Taylor that the painting had been done on Tuesday but the inspectors did not go to the house until Thursday, June 26.
Then he all of a sudden had issues with our credit on Thursday, June 26. Obviously we did not make settlement. I was able to take care of one of the credit problems but Mr. Taylor kept saying he was working on the other. I had to call Peco, Met-Ed, Comcast, the post office and my Landlord to rearrange all of our services. Mr. Taylor couldn't even guarantee that we were going to make settlement on Monday, June 30 so I couldn't even make arrangements ahead of time to reinstate all of those services.
After speaking to my landlord he reluctantly let us stay until Friday, July 4. And I now have to pay him $111.00 dollars for our extended time on the property. This is money that I had not anticipated on paying.
On top of moving mid-week and not having any help we also lost our reservation for a truck. We had reserved a truck for Saturday, June 28 through Sunday, June 29. That truck is now unavailable and as of Tuesday, July 1 at 1:00pm I still have not heard from Mr. Taylor to see if we are going to settlement or not. I left my place of employment at 1:30pm not knowing if I was going to make settlement or not but if we did by chance make settlement and I didn't leave by 1:30 I would not have made the appointment.
This is just so unbelievable and I do expect to be reimbursed for my extra costs accrued from all the anguish, lack of customer service and professionalism that I have had to deal with. Should I not be reimbursed for these costs I will be forced to purse this with a lawyer. I have saved all of my emails between me and Mr. Taylor and have no problem reporting Mr. Taylor and The Summit Mortgage Corporation to the Better Business Bureau.
Here was Tom Taylors Email to me after settlement...

Tom,
If you had cared you would have taken care of these issues in advance instead of the day before. (laziness or lack of professionalism??? I don't know which.) I not only have to pay my landlord extra money for staying there but I have no help with our move and we lost our reservation for our truck rental!!! You have no idea what you put Justin and I through. We didn't know if we were going to be homeless or what??? My realtor was the only one that kept me informed... You didn't even have the decency to call me on Thursday to let me know there was a problem! I have been sick to my stomach and in tears since Thursday.

I have yet to hear from the Corporate office. FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS BEWARE!!! Look into the people that you get your mortgage from and make sure they are reputable because if you don't you don't know what will happen...
