In February PDM contacted me with a proposal that was supposed to assist with reducing credit card interest rates. When this did not happen, I had to track the company down and when someone called me back, Dave Anthony, he gave me a spill about how the company they had working for them did not do the job and that PDM had to get another company. He assured me that I would get a refund after attempting to get me to agree to another contract. He told me that I would get the refund in a couple of weeks. Thereafter, I had to call again as the refund never came. It was at this time some woman called and stated that my refund was slotted to be paid by the middle of July. This has not happened and when I attempted to contact Dave Anthony again, I got the answering service. Ripped off!!!
