I purchased foreclosuresdaily's course on December 12th. It came with 30 day money back guarantee. I had to move within a month so I returned the course on 7th January and asked for my money to be refunded. I paid $ 6995.00 using my american express credit card.
I contacted Customer Service and they verified that all the material was recieved in new condition. Ms Victoria Stewart (Customer Service) stated that they have a special refund process, which run at the end of month so my money will be returned at the end of January.
I called them during early February asking about the refund. Ms Stewart assured me that it was approved and will happen at the end of February.
In March, they claimed that I had met them during a boot camp, which I never attended by the way, and allegedly told them that I do not want my money. This is despite the fact that I had written to them asking them to refund my money.
Came April, May, June and July. I have been paying interest on my credit card and I have talked to everyone in the company excluding the President. All the managers have told me the same story that it is approved and I am on the list of refund and that it will happen this month.
I opened a case with Better Business Bureau and they have closed it as unresolved by the business.
The company came to Tallahassee for another sales meeting and I went there to meet the company officials. To my surprise, Ms Stewart was there and she claimed to be surprised when I told her that I was still waiting for my refund. When I told her that I could tell everyone present there, my story, she called one of the owner (Mike Parisi) and he spoke with me on the phone and emailed her, which she gave me a copy of, stating that my money will be fedexed on 07-08. Despite writing an email and assuring me on phone, this shameless company has not refunded my money.
I am paying interest every day and have already paid around $1000.00. I want to file a lawsuit on this company to get my refund, get my interest and the grief that they have given me for my 6995.00.
If there is help out there, in this good country, please send it my way so that I can get my money back from a cheating company like Foreclosuresdaily.
