In October I was contacted by Lenox Capital about being preaproved for their new Visa/Mastercard with a $2500 limmit. All I had to do was give them my bank account number and a date that they could take the money.
Assuming my new credit card was on the way as soon as the one time $221.95 processing fee was paid, I paid my bills off with money I had earned from working, and I had planned to buy my daughters Christmas gifts with my credit card.
Everytime I call the costomer service number the lines are jammed with calls, or I'm on hold forever long distance. And as soon as I got through to a costomer service rep. She told me that there was a problem with the company that does their packaging and it's going to take about a week. Now that I've found all of the complaints on this web site I don't think my family will have a Christmas this year.
