Affiliated Acceptance Corp consumer fraud ripoff

I was paying $129 per month for Jeet Kune Do (martial arts studio) in 1998. The owners of the Jeet Kune Do facility had told me that I could exit my contract if I moved away from the area. I paid every month until I moved to another city. Affiliated continued to charge me even though I no longer lived in the area and had informed them of my move.

I refused to pay for anything past the time that I had moved. They have not pursued extensive collection efforts but continue to plaque my credit report (with little recourse allowed to me even though I have disputed it with the credit agencies, who side with Affilated absent any sort of hearing).
