Don't do business with this company!
I had the displeasure of having to speak or should I say - having to be screamed at by Claudia in the Legal department. She claims to be a supervisor and manager. She was literally screaming at the top of her lungs at both myself and my boss. Not letting us speak at all. Every person on their block must have heard her. I have heard tornado sirens that aren't as loud and annoying. She needs to work at a truck stop because this is the demeanor she portrays. Anyone that conducts herself int his way should be ashamed of herself everytime she wakes up. She is not helping anyone. She is an embarrassment to the collection industry. Her professionalism is literally non-existent!

If this woman has anything to do with any of your accounts - the chances of you being sued or arbitrated against and losing you assets are very high. She will personally ruin you, your credit and your reputation.
Again... Don't do business with this company!
