US Bank said they did a fraud investigation, we believed US Bank notified law enforcement, but now we believe law enforcement was not notified.
During the time of the fraud we had paid bills, those checks bounced because there was no money in our account.
US Bank never helped us. Our credit has been hurt, and we have lost thousands of dollars.
The person we worked with is Julian A. Fistani. He is a personal banker for US Bank.
We have not recovered from this fraud. We don't want anyone else to go through what we have gone through. We couldn't afford an attorney to go after US Bank, and were not aware of other resources to help us. My wife has been through many surgeries and did not have the strength to fight.
US Bank needs to be held accountable, and we should be compensated for our losses.
