Quantity the concept is the fact that "We're experiencing extraordinarily large tele., etc." I will imagine why! This phony cost is something which hasbeen included, I discover through my charge card organization, since last Dec! It would appear that after I requested from JC Penney on the internet in December, this cost was somehow included on the regular schedule to my consideration without my understanding or authorization! Exactly what a fraud!!! Our charge card business is eliminating these present and previous costs to my consideration and that I have remaining a note in the 888 tel.
