The very official envelope I received in the mail said in caps, "notice: urgent property documents enclosed."
Under the window address, also in caps. It reads,
"penalty for unauthorized use, $300."
The paper inside looks like a bill for over a thousand dollars. It's actually a pre-approval to a loan. This annoys me because I have an 89 year old mother who might pay this or be scared by it. This would be true of other people as well.
There is no need to put "urgent" on the letter. I'm disgusted with this tactic. If their ad is misleading, how can I trust their business?
Also, it wastes my time in even opening it.
