I recently started receiving calls from RPM sometimes 4 & 5 times a day. I have answered call and explained that I am taking care of my debt with sprint through another company and that I would appreciate not receiving multiple calls daily, either mail me something or quit calling. I did not receive calls for a day or two then I started getting calls from 703-291-9040, it is same company.
The other day I recieved the 4th call of day, I could take it no more and answered and waited on person to pick up, a recording calls... When I told this male on the other end of the line that i had been in contact with sprint and that I had settled with a different company he told me I would have to provide proof, I told him that was not my job, he was the one trying to collect for sprint and that he needed to contact sprint it was not my place to prove anything to him...
I went on to tell him that I was tired of being harassed and was going to file lawsuit, he wanted name of my lawyer at which time I hung up... I thought I had gotten somewhere but of course I was wrong the calls only stopped for a day and a half... I fully intend to contact lawyer in regards to this company and their practices I get calls 7 days a week multiple times a day and am totally sick of this...
