In Bellevue, Wa Sharebuilders debited my account for 1920 and they refuse to return it!

I attempted to open an account with sharebuilders, they debited my account for $1920.00, then they sa id I could not open my account and refused to return my money. All I know is that they will not get away wit it!!!
