My Fiance' contacted Payless solutions to get a consolidation loan for her credit cards and other bills. They agreed to help her but told her she must send them the first months payment of over one thousand dollars to get the account open. They said they would contact the companies she owed money to and begin paying them off. The second month rolls around and my Fiance' finds that no payments have been made by payless solutions. She contacts them and they sware up and down that payments are being made. So my Fiance' calls every company she had on her list and not one of them has recieved a payment from payless solutions. Whats more, is that none of them can even recall being contacted by payless solutions. She is starting to see late payment fees now because of this.in the meantime payless solutions takes a second payment of over one thousand dollars from her checking account. Now she doesn't have money to pay the companies directly and is depending on payless to make the payments with her money. She repeatedly calls the company and is put on hold for several minutes or switched around from one person to another until she finally gets disconnected. This has happened on several occassions. She has a "credit counselor" assigned to her but magically she is rarely ever available. Managment at the company appears to be a joke. They get on the phone and literally yell..."Let me tell you how this is gonna work"... Etc etc. Needless to say, My fiance' told them how its going to work. She told them to cancel her account and return all unused funds immediately. She changed her bank account so they can not continue to suck money out of it. We are out more then 2 grand that we will probably never see again. Word of warning!!! Avoid them like the plague!!! My Fiance' is in progress of contacting the BBB in California and also the Attorney General Office. Maybe even the govenator if we thought that would do any good! This company needs Terminated!
