United financial telephone called me on 6/17/02 from closter new jersey, selling me a credit card for $ 299.00 and promise me that i will get the credit card by the end of the week??!!
United financial telephone never sent me anything!
United financial telephone didn't sent me a credit card as promised, they sent me an application package to credit card that will cost even more, received on 7/24/02!
Called united financial telephone and told them that i wasn't satisfied with the product i received and that i am going to sent it back! They told me: "just sent it back to the original address belair maryland!"
U.S. Postal service delivery confirmation receipt shows it was sent back on 8/22/02! Just within the 30 day return requirement!
A month later i received a letter from a company in belair maryland? To tell me that i have to get the refund from united financial telephone directly in closter new jersey!
Called united financial telephone in closter new jersey on 9/19/02 again to get my refund they promised!? They told me: no problem we'll file a refund request with the refund department and they will give you a call within 48 hours!
United financial telephone has failed to call me back ever since!? They gave me the run around, i called them every day! Every day they had a better excuse!?
United financial telephone in closter new jersey finally told me on 11/27/02 there will be no refund because it was sent back not within the 30 days?!?!
