Well, it all started about 1 year ago. I send them payments they cash my check and do not credit it to my account. I call them and call them and of course they say, Well it will be starightened out on your next statement.
Well, then that statement never showes up. My husband and I seperated last November and he decided to make my house payment instead of paying me child support. (fine all well and good)
He did not do that and instead of contacting me and let me know that he was not doing that I get a letter telling me that they are going to foreclose on my house. GREAT!!! Huh!
Well I contact them and had to leave message after message to finally be connected to a lady that could not even speak english. She called me back on the 15th of August and told me that I had to get her the money that day.
Which it had to be there in wire transfer that day. It was after 500 pm and I didn't have 1500.00 cash so after she told me, Well that is just to bad because now I have wasted her time and she would have to do all of the paper work again."
So she said she would call me backk and for 1 solid mth nothing no calls no mail and they would not except my payments. Then on the 15th of the next mth she did the same thing.
Thankfully I had a friend that allowed me to borrow the money until I could get to the bank the next day. Now I have been contacted again telling me that they are going to foreclose because I have not been making payments I have a copy of my checks and money orders where it has been paid.
Why and how did I and everyone else get so screwed up by this company. My payment are supposed to be 321.00 a mth but because they say I am not making payment they have raised my payment to 500.00. I am a single mom with 2 small children 4 and 2 how can we continue to let a company treat us like this. Also everyday 2 or three times a day I get a call for that wonderful recording." Hello this is Amy of OCWEN please return my call asap" but you know something they never seem to return my call ever.
They have also added escrow to my account but I am sure it will not be enough insurance if something happens, right. I can't get them to even call me back about that. Thanks for your time.
