I also tried to get a loan throught Summit Cap Lending Group and was told to pay a fee and I think I got ripped off too. I was Contacted by a Carly McKay from this company and she is the one who helped me through the process. I was then told a couple days later that I would have to pay the INS inorder to process the loan, and so I did, Still no money! I put in over $1300 to this so called company. Now I have no rent money or anything now. Please do not use them!
