I hired j.K. Harris to take care of some back taxes. I gave them 2500 up front. I sent in the necessary papers 3 times and i finally called and told them i thought i had sent in enough. They looked then and said they could not help me so i asked for my money back. They said they could not refund it all but wrote me a letter saying they would refund 1500 of it. Then they mailed me a letter to sign that i would accept the 1500 and would receive it within 90 days. The 90 days came and went and i called they said i would get it in january that passed too. I called again they said april, still nothing. I called again this time i did not even get a answer although i dont think it would have done any good
