Will it make a difference if Gibson went bankrupt or not? If the owner is opening up scam after scam, (sounds like Gibson was a run-off of Goldstar, and now they are Norstar) he's fooling the banks along with us. Seems like there would just be more trouble for them, right?
I called the number listed from the ex-employee (THANK YOU!) and was put in touch with Customer Service. I asked to speak to Patrick O'Toole. The man took my name and number and asked what the message would be referring to. (Mr. O'Toole wasn't there.) The minute I mentioned Gibson Trust, he stated, "I don't know what you are talking about" and hung up on me.interesting, huh?
Anyway, when I spoke with Ms. Sakof of the Attny General's office, she sounded very convinced that this would all go to trial.
My husband and I are hoping to pay off all of our bills in 2003 and borrow money to build a home in early 2004. Will that be possible, getting a loan, with all this mess on my report?
A question for the ex-employees... What reasoning did you recieve for Gibson's closure? I would be interested in knowing... Thank you!
