I received something in the mail about a Platinum Card through Consumer First. Seeing as it is close to Christmas I figured thsat I would get the credit card to purchase christmas gifts.
So I sent my $49 dollars off and waited and waited... When I finally did receive something in the mail to order out of their magazine. I was quit upset but in looking over the magazine I realized they had some neat stuff, however the magazine stated that their web site had more stuff.
For three days I tried do get on the web-site and never could, so I called the phone number on the card... No Body... All I got was a recording that stated that I had to call back later all constumer service reps were busy.
I have been trying to get ahold of these people for three days and still nothing and to think that they can now mess with my credit has me pissed. This company is full of crap.
