I ordered a magazine for my son for Christmas. My credit card was charged and he never received the magazine. They told me to wait 12 weeks for delivery because it was an international order. Then they told me they did not have any paperwork on my order despite the fact that I had an order confirmation number. I have confirmed with them that my VISA was charged but I have had no response. I will file a complaint with the state Better Business Bureau and I have started contacting the magazines they sell directly as it reflects badly on them through no fault of their own. I have encouraged them to withdraw their magazines from the site and some have put pressure on Magazine City. If the magazines do not, then stop buying their magazines and tell your friends to do the same. Consumer power is the most effective leverage we have. If enough people stop buying, we will put Magazine City out of business. This company stole from me and many many others. Everyone who has been scammed should file a statement of claim. The people perpetrating this scam must be held accountable either in a court of law or the court of consumer economics.
