I dont have any idea what I am being billed for New York

I keep recieving a bill from North Shore Agency staying that I need to pay $30.00 to resolve my delinquent account, when I dont have any idea what I am being billed for.

I can't remember ever buying anything from them and I don't have any idea of what "agency" they represent.
